Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Zeroday (Pvt) Ltd. We strive to provide high-quality services and products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Personalized/custom-made items

  • Services once rendered

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
